Solid Foundations Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organizational leadership consulting and development company, that provides foundational Strategic, Organizational Leadership, Inspiration & Development (SOLID) for other nonprofit (service based) organizations.
We see these organizations as lighthouses in our communities, providing hope and guidance to those struggling in search of direction and support.
Our services undergird these strategic organizations by working beneath the surface to develop strong leadership infrastructure so they can fulfill their mission.
We offer quality services often at a modest cost or sponsored scholarships, far below our operating costs. SFI delivers services through the generous support of those like yourself, who share our commitment to help those who help others. Many community organizations will become stronger and more effective because you care enough to ensure they have access to quality tools and assistance.

Solid Foundations in Africa
Dr. King's leadership development has extended far beyond the confines of the United States of America. In the early 2000 he partnered with Dr. Craig Oliver the Elizabeth Baptist Church of Atlanta in training Pastor and ministers at Kawangware-Riruta Pastor's Fellowship.
These spiritual leaders serve in some of the more impoverished and remote areas of the country and wouldn't otherwise have access to the leadership resources and training so plentiful in America. Our strategic partnerships and the tax deductible contributions of our donors facilitated their spiritual leadership training and development.
Dr. King has studied and interacted with world class leaders who continue to have a far reaching impact around the globe. One of the highlights of his experience was meeting with Archbishop Desmond M. Tutu in Cape Town South Africa. In partnership with Dr. Claybon Lea Jr. and joined by Professor Richard R. Melick, Dr. King was involved in the interview and research of Desmond Tutu's leadership with Nelson Mandela during Apartheid.
